This enormous file of state parks across the US should come in handy for any travelling you may do over the summer... whether it be a cross-country vacation, or simply a Sunday afternoon picnic.

Traveling to the Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness (BWCAW) this summer? Be sure to visit the following site for POI (points of interest) files and maps:

I remember the last time I was in the BWCA, and a GPS device with portage information, campsites, etc. would have been invaluable. Would have definately beat having a compass and a few printed maps, especially on the larger lakes!

With the weather warming up, I've started a search to uncover some local hotspots of Geocaching activity... I was suprised by zooming out a few levels at the number of caches located in the Greater Cincinnati area:
